Mikayla started at Ivey Ranch as our relief caretaker and is now our full-time caretaker, grounds manager, and instructor. She likes to combine her knowledge of horse behavior from growing up trail riding and her passion for dressage. She believes in teaching her students the teamwork it takes between horse and rider to become a successful equestrian both on the ground and in the saddle. She is currently on her way to becoming a PATH certified instructor.
