Ivey Ranch Park is offering the chance to be with horses in a variety of ways this summer. Learn safety, handling, grooming, tacking and riding. Additional instruction in ground-training, vaulting, humane education, feeding, basic veterinary care, housing, and daily care of horses is also part of each week.
Ages: 7 years to 17 years
Camp Sessions: Camp will be held June 29, 2026 – July 31, 2026. There will be 5 – 1 week sessions from 9AM to 12PM / Monday – Friday
Enrollment: Is limited to 18 children (7-17 years of age) per session and the children are divided into age and ability appropriate groups – typically: 7-10 years of age, 11-13 years of age, & 14-17 years of age. The curriculum consists of a rotation through horseback riding, vaulting, ground training, and humane education (which includes anatomy, feeding, and basic vet care).
Please have your child bring snacks and a refillable water bottle for breaks they will have between activity periods each morning.

- If your child has attended lessons this year, then their paperwork is current and you do not need to complete a Summer Camp Application (please be sure that you have submitted your annual update forms in order to be current).
- If your child attended camp last year, you would only need to complete the Participant Annual Update 2026 for this year’s camp registration.
- If your child attended camp last year and has a diagnosis, you will need to complete the Participant Annual Update 2026 AND a Physician Annual Update 2026 for this year’s camp registration
Cancellation Policy: All camp fees are non-refundable once registration is completed. This policy allows us to secure staffing, materials, and resources in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the case of a serious emergency, requests for exceptions may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Approval of any exception is not guaranteed
