We are proud to celebrate Kim Prince, who was recently honored by the North County Philanthropy Council as Ivey Ranch Park’s, Volunteer of the Year.
Kim’s outstanding dedication has spanned over 11 years and 1,353 volunteer hours. She serves as a mentor, works in our store, supports our fundraising, assists at orientations, and volunteers every Saturday as a horse leader and side walker. Beyond her many contributions, Kim brings warmth and positivity to everything she does. She is bright, kind, patient, dependable, and incredibly helpful, and we are deeply grateful for the impact she continues to make at Ivey Ranch Park.
Tia joined the herd in 2020, and the 6 years since then have contained countless therapeutic and able bodied lessons, horse shows, summer camps, Girl Scout groups, horse tours, and more. Tia is an easy choice for any task, and while she may not always be on board for hugs and kisses, she shares her affection by taking care of each of her riders. Tia is an Azteca, a unique breed of horse native to Mexico and known for their versatility and athleticism. She was a long distance trail horse before joining the ranch, and her endurance and work ethic shines through each and every day.
