Grow something here.
Ivey Ranch’s 12-acre property includes forty community garden plots and a meaningful Memorial Tree program — open to Oceanside residents who want to connect with the land and honor the people they love.
Community Garden: Cultivate Your Space
We provide the space for local citizens to exercise their green thumbs. Our garden is a welcoming space for families and senior citizens who may not otherwise have the opportunity to cultivate their own land. Forty 15′ x 20′ plots are available for rent starting April 1st each year at $300 annually — and we offer prorated monthly rentals for those joining mid-season.
Plot availability changes frequently. Please call us first to check for open spaces before submitting your agreement.

Memorial Tree Program
What makes Ivey Ranch’s equestrian facility remarkable isn’t just its size — it’s what it was built for.
Our trees are a living legacy. Every tree on the Ivey Ranch property is part of our Memorial Tree Program, providing a beautiful way to dedicate a piece of the ranch to a loved one or a special cause.
- Tree Dedications: All of our established trees have unique dedications
- The Memorial Map: Visitors can find a complete map of all tree dedications at the West Entrance of the playground
