Join a Legacy of Inclusion
What makes Ivey Ranch’s equestrian facility remarkable isn’t just its size — it’s what it was built for.
For more than 40 years, Ivey Ranch has been a place where people of all abilities belong — and so do the people who serve them. As a 2025 California Nonprofit of the Year, we’ve built a professional culture grounded in empathy, excellence, and the transformative power of human-animal connection.
Our team works across licensed childcare, in-home respite care, and our accredited equestrian center — together serving more than 2,000 individuals each year. If inclusion isn’t just a value for you but a way of working, we’d love to meet you.
