Hours and Schedule
Ivey Ranch Park’s School-Age Program follows Oceanside Unified School District’s (OUSD) calendar.
(Participants who attend schools in other districts will need approved care hours from their FMS or contract provider to receive 1:1 care on school holidays that do not align with the Oceanside Unified School District Calendar. If not pre approved parents/authorized representatives will be financially responsible.)
Ivey School Break Hours:
Monday-Friday from 7am to 6:30pm
Below are the dates that are available for you to schedule your child’s attendance:
Thanksgiving Break: November 23–25
Winter Break: December 21–January 8
President’s Week: February 15–19
VUSD Spring Break: March 26–April 2
OUSD Spring Break: April 5–9
Summer Break 2027: Starting Wednesday, June 9
Program attendance will need to be scheduled no less than two weeks in advance to ensure availability and staff coverage.
Ivey’s School-Age Program (SAP) is closed the following days:
– New Year’s Day
– Memorial Day
– Independence Day
– Labor Day
– Thanksgiving and the day after (Friday)
– Christmas Eve
– Christmas Day
